Jamie
Director
With over 23 years of experience within Chequers Lane Garage, Jamie has learnt and developed invaluable knowledge of the independent automotive sector.
He continues to learn, run the workshop and front of house day to day. You may find him working on a car, helping the staff, answering calls, making up invoices or cleaning the floor.
Joining Chequers Lane Garage in 2003 when he left school, learning his trade under the wing and guidance of his Dad Joe.
Over the years Jamie has put his mind to learning every aspect of the business, learning and developing his skills as a technician, workshop foreman, service advisor and eventually business owner.
Joe
Director
Joe has a wealth of experience dating back to the 1970’s, he continues to keep his tools and knowledge up to date and although he has now taken a semi retired role you will often still find him working on a classic inside the workshop where he is happiest.
If not he will be travelling Europe in his Motorhome.
Neil
Workshop Controller/Senior Tech
Neil brought a wealth of experience, knowledge and certification with him when he joined Chequers Lane Garage. A senior master technician and E.V Trained to level 4.
He was the final piece of the puzzle in utilising workshop time and management, he now runs and organises the day to day running of the workshop whilst diagnosing engine management faults, carrying out repairs and MOT Testing when needed.
Rob
Service Manager
Rob has ben involved in the motor trade for over 30 years, originally in sales before moving over to service/front of house management.
He has years of experience, a huge personality and contagious smile. An absolute delight to deal with even on your bad days.
Emily
Service Advisor
Emily is one of your go to contacts when calling the garage, she has all the information at her finger tips and will endeavour to help and guide you when dealing with Chequers Lane Garage.
She is Walton On The Hill to the bones, born and bred, has lived in the village her whole life, went to school, 1st job and now in her favourite role helping customers.
Molly
Service Advisor
Molly is one of your go to contacts when calling the garage, she has all the information at her finger tips and will endeavour to help and guide you when dealing with Chequers Lane Garage.

With over 6 years of automotive advisor experience, she has in-depth knowledge of a wide range of vehicles, procedures and understanding of the requirements needed to repair and service your vehicle.
Adam
MOT Tester / Technician
Adam has over 10 years experience with the automotive repair sector, an excellent MOT Tester and very knowledgeable, keen eye for detail and keeps on top of his training.
Oliver
Technician / Diagnostic / EV
Ollie has brought a wealth of experience and certification with him when he joined Chequers Lane Garage. A level 4 technician, along with being E.V Trained to level 4.
We were very excited to bring Ollie into the workshop with us, he now works along side Jamie and the others in the workshop, continuing to raise the bar of services we provide.
He also brings his very well trained and loved dog Luna to work.
Jerome
Technician
Jerome is a well seasoned technician, again has been involved in the motor trade for over 20 years, starting out as a parts advisor before moving over to the workshop to learn his skills as a technician.
A Very knowledgeable technician, always happy to assist and pass on his years of experience in any way he can.
Amy
Apprentice Technician
She might be the newest, youngest and less experienced member of the team but she is working hard to learn ad develop her skills.
Already in her short time becoming a valued member of the team. We are excited to see how far she can go.
